Customer Order Coordinator/Warehouse Assistant

Job Background:

Our client is seeking a reliable, motivated and enthusiastic individual who has lots of common sense and initiative.
Working within a warehouse environment, you will need a good level of IT skills as you will be responsible for downloading orders, printing despatch notes and pick lists, printing labels and updating carrier information, as well as managing stock control and replenishment. You will also possess excellent customer service skills.    You will have the ability to prioritise and have a sense of urgency within this department.
Other duties will include assisting within the warehouse when required, picking, packing etc.
Working within a professional and friendly team, you will be the type of person who wants to make this role your own, delivering an exceptional service to customers at all times. You will primarily be working on your own, so will need to be self motivated.
Full training is given and the eventual candidate will be required to go on a specialist course to better understand the type of products being shipped.
