We are looking for someone with strong Bookkeeping skills who can work on a full time or part time basis. If you can only work part time, you will need to work 3 days from Wednesday – Friday. If you are looking for full time work, you will be happy to assist with other duties in the office including general administration, taking calls for Consultants and providing general support.
You will be responsible for the weekly payroll of temporary staff and deal with HMRC and all general queries relating to holiday pay, invoice queries etc. You will collate weekly timesheets and input on to the Excel spreadsheet. You will be fully conversant with Sage and also have strong Excel skills with the ability to work with formulas. You will set up PAYE returns electronically and be able to calculate tax and NI payments. You will issue P45’s when required, reference requests and also set up new starters correctly. You will also be responsible for client invoicing on a weekly basis.
