Job Background:
Our client is seeking 2x Part Time Administrators/Accounts Assistants to work within a busy office environment. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the business by providing excellent administration support, duties will include; answer email and telephone enquiries, filing, taking bookings and scheduling engineers. You will also be responsible for the accounts side of things, duties will include; using Sage to add purchase invoices, and create ledgers. Using Sage to add orders and produce sales invoices and create ledgers. Running aged debtor reports and monthly reconciliation. Calculating staff hours for payroll company. You will be highly organised and have excellent written and verbal communication skills

The working hours are flexible but will be around 4/5 hours per day Monday-Friday
