Job Title:
Sales Administrator
Job Background:
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator who will be involved in all aspects of the sales processing systems. The role will be based in the office and within a small and friendly team. You will provide customer service and administrative support to the sales team and ensure that all orders are processed accurately. You will liaise with the print department to ensure orders are printed, despatched and invoiced and you will l have strong organisational skills and be computer literate with excellent interpersonal skills. Our client will consider someone on a part time basis. You will process sales orders through Sage system, maintain customer database on Sage, liaise between sales and printing department to ensure artwork is approved and correctly recorded and send order acknowledgements and artwork approvals to customers via email. You will also assist in managing flow of orders through to despatch, invoice orders on despatch, answer the telephone, take telephone orders, support the returns process and monitor samples that are sent out or returned.

You will be an enthusiastic and “can do” person with exceptional organisational skills and an excellent telephone manger. You will also be proficient in Excel & Word.

Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above including Maths & English essential

Our client will consider someone on a part time basis
