Part Time Finance Administrator
Our client has a new and exciting opportunity for an aspiring finance professional. This is a new role and will expand as the candidate grows into the role. Our client is looking an individual who is positive, motivated, self-driven and wants to grow a team within a flexible and friendly working office environment. You will be able to work 16 – 20 hours per week on a temp – perm basis ideally, You will have flexible working hours between 7am – 6pm, Monday – Friday. There is the potential for progression. You will have CIMA/AAT qualification with experience of Sage Line 50 and a knowledge of the CIS scheme. You will have excellent Word & Excel skills and an excellent eye for detail with sensitivity to data. You will be well organised and focused and have a high level of numeracy with an excellent command of the English language. You will also have a professional telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills as well as accurate typing and data entry skills. You will be at team player but also able to work on your own without supervision. The role will include entering supplier purchase orders and invoices, setting up new sub contractors and processing paperwork, setting up payments, recording bank reconciliations, management of day to day office administration and telephone calls and creation and maintenance of a smooth running office. You will also create monthly and weekly reports from Sage for company KPI’s and Targets.
You will be able to work Wednesday and Friday initially whilst being trained but after training is complete, this is flexible. Ideally you will be able to start work immediately.
