Our client is seeking a bookkeeper / administrator to support their small operations in West Molesey
The successful candidate will have experience of most commonly used Accounts packages primarily QuickBooks, but knowledge of Sage is an advantage. You will be responsible for issuing invoices, monitoring transactions, data entry, credit control as well as compiling and checking VAT returns. being experienced in the use of Word, Excel & Outlook will be an advantage
You will be joining a small and friendly team, so the ability to work in a shared office and be able to interact with others is vital
The successful applicant will be required to carry out a DBS - criminal record check upon appointment,
We require a minimum of 5 years book keeping experience required
£18,500.00 - £24,500.00 per year
Full-time, Monday - Friday from 8.30 am until 5.30 pm, with a 30 minute lunch break and two additional 15 minute break through out the day.
