You will be required to provide onsite service & support to contractors and end users requiring fault finding, health checks, servicing and training on their product range, especially breakdowns and CP12's. The role will include:
Evaluating information provided by customers to diagnose faulty equipment, problem solving on customers behalf, performing value added services such as health checks and servicing (co2) and liaison with office teams, internal colleagues and head office to improve customer service delivery. You will provide a courteous and helpful service to customers, submit site reports on time and comply to health & safety regulations. You will have excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills. You will have an assertive manner and a minimum of 5 years heating industry experience. A van and full UK Driving Licence is essential and you will have a G3 Unvented hot water qualification (HWSS) as well as Water Regulations (WRAS). You will be proficient to an intermediate level of windows based applications with the ability to problem solve and to work under pressure and alone.
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm on a CIS Basis.
