Our client is seeking an Customer Service Coordinator to help within their office. Your main responsibilities will include answering the telephone and redirecting calls or taking messages. Responding to emails quickly and efficiently, ensuring that all customers’ needs are satisfied. You will also help out with other administrative duties around the office
This is a customer service focused role, helping with all customer enquiries to the best of your ability. You will be computer literate and have excellent communication and organisation skills. . Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but they are willing to train the successful candidate.
Working hours 9-5:30, Monday-Friday
