Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator who has previous experience working within property. You will assist with the day to day running of the Commercial Department.
Responsibilities will incldue answering telephone calls and emails in a professional manner. Printing and collating development plans in an orderly fashion. Raising purchase orders and white cards
Source materials for developments, current and upcoming. Follow up Tenders and assist in tracking services, Additional ad-hoc office duties. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage - especially Excel spreadsheets.
Due to location of office you must be a driver. you may also be required to make the occasional trip to sites with plans with paperwork and handover packs.
