Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to work with a variety of internal and external suppliers and stakeholders to deliver development activities and ensure a high level of customer service is always provided. The role will cover a range of disciplines which will include helping onsite with all logical tasks such as registrations, catering etc and with pre event set up such as creating and printing name badges, ordering couriers, raising PO’s, booking accommodation and more. You will be required to write and send marketing emails on a regular basis, and be responsible for admin tasks and setting up and running webinars and meet ups. You will oversee event queries and ensure that management team and informed if there are queries that you cannot deal with. You will assist with post-event – collating and analysing data for post-event and construct professional relationships with delegates and volunteers. You will also market events through social media including Twitter and LinkedIn and ensure that you are always on had to help colleagues with their work. You will develop knowledge in all areas of the company to help fill in when short staffed and you will use systems daily and help others with system related tasks. You will also bring ideas to meetings on ways to further promote events
The ideal candidate will be technically competent with various software programs, such as MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook & the in
ternet. You will be competent and enthusiastic about using social media to promote events and you will be very well presented and spoken with a warm and bubbly personality. You will be ambitious with a strong personality and driven, energetic and be a team player.
This position could be become permanent if the company require this after the 6 month period.
£16 – 18.000P.A
Hours: 35 hours per week between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday
