Job Background:
The position will be working 5 days a weeks 09:30 - 14:30. This will be a varied role but mainly taking on complaint handling responsibilities.
Role/Responsibilities
·        Dealing with complaints, walking customers through the complaint process, keeping them updated until a satisfactory resolution is reached
·        Working closely with the Operations Manager and Director and issuing refunds where necessary
·        Complete and close all complaints and send resolution email when complete
·        Make sure all MOT and Service dates are updated for all current customers
·        Complete all Main Dealer Online updates
·        Call all customers and garages on a daily basis to confirm bookings for the next day
·        Answering calls and taking messages where necessary
