Job Title:
Temporary Customer Service Administrator/Credit Controller
£10 - 14PH.
Job Background:
You will provide the first point of contact to all customers, be responsible for the efficient transaction of customer related business processes and for the effective and accurate use of business systems including energy billing and metering systems, property services and engineering and facilities  maintenance services.  You will provide consistently high quality of service by enacting the Groups performance standards for customer services, billing and credit control functions.   You will ensure all customer service transactions are carried out in compliance with legislation, industry defined consumer protection and company standards in all respects including data handling and record keeping, credit control and responding to customer complaints and customer services in general. You will have wide range of business support and service delivery activities with experience in either the property rental, energy supply or facilities management.  You will have English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above and you will be highly computer literate and capable of using a range of service based IT systems with a good level of numeracy and capability of understanding and using financial information

This role is initially for 3 months to cover holiday periods but there could be a permanent position available for the right person

You will work a 37.5 hour week, Monday - Friday with an 8.30am start and be available to start work on a temp - perm basis
