Childcare Recruiter - Part Time, Maternity Contract
£12 - 14K + Commission + Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to be a successful Recruitment Consultant working within a team to undertake childcare searches in order to place nannies, maternity nurses, au pairs and housekeepers with private clients.

The ideal candidate for this job will possess the following skills and experience:

•        Previous experience working in recruitment and childcare
•        Team player
•        Confident and polite telephone manner (this position is 80% telephone based so you need to be happy to be on the phone)
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask an often complex and fast-paced workload
•        Good computer skills (MS Excel & Word) and knowledge of a database system
•        Accurate with a good eye for detail
•        Comfortable working within a small, flexible team
•        Willingness to do anything needed to get the job done

You will have previous recruitment experience as well as excellent interpersonal, organisational and administration skills. You will have strong customer service abilities and be willing to go the extra
