Our cleint is a leading TV Broadcast company based in West London. seeking a HR Advisor with three years' Generalist experience required. The HR Advisor will act as the subject matter expert for Recruitment, Training & development, Employee engagement survey & analysis, absence and performance management, Employee Benefit & rewards whilst also providing coaching on HR best practice to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Key skills and Experience:
•Minimum of three years' Generalist experience, with a particularly strong background in handling recruitment, training & development, absence & performance management.
•Experience coaching line mangers on HR best practice and policies and procedures.
•Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
•Ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines and work autonomously.
•Good communication, both verbal and written.
