Candidate Generator - Recruitment
Our client is looking for a sales focused, ethical, analytical and flexible individual with strong decision making skills and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for the delivery of the Company short- and long-term strategic objectives in conformance with their core values and mission statement. As a key member of the recruitment team this role will encompass delivering against objectives and targets as prescribed by the Operations Director.
Generating candidates in this technical sector for contract and permanent roles. Calling through company warm database.
You will deliver activity as set in key performance indicators, adhere to company policies and procedure, liaise with other members of the team outlining plans and strategy for both long and short term, control and monitor – checking progress against KPI’s and you will be willing to network and attend work related events outside of normal working hours. You will be expected to spend 3 hours + on the phone and make 200 calls. You will have good admin skills and a good knowledge of Excel and Word and excellent communication skills. You will be confident in presenting options in daily meetings with teams and make a minimum of 5 placements per week for contract roles. Permanent placements take longer so you must be able to log and report on personal pipeline.
