Our client is looking for a professional and meticulous individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will prioritise tasks and commitments, take minutes, manage monthly expense statements, reconcile credit card statements with receives, organise travel and manage his diary.
You will also be responsible for managing reception, meeting and greeting visitors and offering refreshments. You will deal with incoming and outgoing post, maintain stationery system and place orders, audit and order kitchen products and refreshments, ensure product folders are in stock at all times, maintain literature stock and recycle bin and also maintain office machinery.
