The purpose of this role is to manage daily and weekly projects and the interactions between clients and suppliers. The project management will include the requirements to meet the service level agreements SLAs as well as contribute ideas to improve and enhance the client experience and improve distribution processes.
Responsibilities will include:
Representing the company and high level clients brands and their values, manage SLAs, be first point of contact for managing relationships, enhance and implement processes with the aim to continuously improve systems, ensure that all important processes are documented, propose, manage and document statement of works, overview the daily operations, organise weekly operational meetings, communicate on the performance through monthly and quarterly meetings and build a range of reports to manage SLAs.
Ideally you will have SALESFORCE CRM experience and experience of budgeting and forecasting. You will also be willing to travel.
You will have the ability to operate a desktop computer system and have knowledge and demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a positive, enthusiastic and friendly personality and you will be a natural communicator. You will have experience of working with multicultural stakeholders and other languages would be an advantage. You will have experience of managing clients, strong listening and influencing skills and the ability to work under pressure and think quickly. You will be able to handle complaints and difficult customers and you will be a team player and help the team to achieve objectives. You will also be able to analyse and identify trends and be able to implement relevant solutions.
You will have the ability to update on clients brand, values, products and services. You will be responsible for stock management, merchandise production, fulfilment and distribution overview. You will have knowledge of mapping processes and fulfilment and distribution processes.
