Our client is seeking a reliable and confident individual to support their business. You will answer the main switchboard telephone system, screen and direct calls, distribute incoming mail and direct deliveries to the relevant person. You will meet and greet guests and visitors to the offices, and supply refreshments when required. You will organize and monitor the boardroom Calendar and appointments and arrange and host hot and cold lunches. You will also ensure that the boardroom is clean, tidy and full stocked and place orders as instructed. You will also check in larger shipments against purchase orders.
The successful candidate will support the Manager/PA in her duties which will include maintenance of office systems, including data management and filing, assist with gathering costs for travel and accommodation, liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff and you will carry out background research for ad hoc requests and present findings. You will ideally be available to temp for the 2nd week in October with a view to being offered a permanent role.
You will work 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday
