Our client is a fantastic organisation that are seeking someone with a strong personality and the ability to work under pressure and multi task. You will be flexible and adaptable and eager to work and able to be given a task and roll with it. You will have good Microsoft Office skills and any knowledge of Sage 200 would be a distinct advantage.
You will be responsible for delivery paperwork for orders, keeping on top of sample requests, sending sample parcels to customers, managing container information, managing approval and shoot/press samples, order input onto Sage, sending DHL parcels to China, despatching of orders on Sage, invoicing orders on Sage, making bookings with customers for orders, responding to customer requests & e-mails, scanning, managing and keeping the Google Docs up to date, arranging and sending sealing samples, maintaining and creating spec sheets and organising and keeping on top of retain samples. You will work closely with suppliers and you may be asked to undertake customer meetings, trend evaluation, meeting and trade shows on a less frequent basis.
You will ideally have some customer service based experience and be confident speaking with customers on the phone and by email. This is a role which requires a high level of organisation and self-motivation and a candidate who is proactive rather than reactive.
