Application Support Developer
You will take responsibility for 2nd line support and your main responsibilities will include – analysing and troubleshooting issues raised to the support helpdesk, resolving issues in a timely fashion and you will design, develop and deliver code to streamline support operation e.g writing scripts or application code to reduce time spent resolving repeated problems. You will implement solutions using coding best practices and you will ensure test coverage is enough to meet both business and team lead requirements. You will ensure that Jira is kept up to date in terms of time tracking and ensure tickets are up to date. You will observe best practices in code managements.
You will ideally hold a 1st class or 2.1 Degree in computing or a mathematical subject. Any networking or infrastructure skills would be bonus but not essential.
