Our client is seeking a Sales administrator/Operations Assistant who is available to start work immediately on a TEMP - PERM basis. You will process sales orders and deliver a high quality service at all times to account holders and members of the public.
Duties will include answering telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, redirecting queries, entering sales order accurately and in a timely manner onto the computer system, dealing with complaints, sending out invoices, issuing delivery notes to customers and providing an aftersales customer service. You will request spare parts from the warehouse, purchase postage stamps and send parcels out. You will act professionally at all times in accordance with company standards.
You will have a good standard of general education and an understanding of the sales process. Any experience or knowledge of international shipping terminology would be a distinct advantage. You will have good Word & Excel skills, ability to use Financial and CRM Systems and be organised and thorough in approach. You will have strong verbal communication and written skills and good mathematical skills also. You will have customer service experience and also experience of administration within a sales environment ideally.
You will be reliable, self motivated, loyal, passionate and success driven. A TEAM PLAYER IS ESSENTIAL TO WORK FOR THIS LIVELY, FUN AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
