Accounts Assistant/Property Manager

Our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to provide support to the Residential Property Management Accounts Team. Duties will include setting up New Residential Tenants and Landlords, setting up and preparing Supplier Payments, charge raising, processing all cash receipts and allocation, produce Landlord Statements and prepare payments, monthly Bank Reconciliation, monitoring Arrears and Advise Lettings Property Manager and filing and archiving. You will also process all cash receipts and allocation, assist with and answer telephone calls, preparation of documentation for Accountants to complete Year End Accounts, production and issuing of quarterly reports to clients, database administration and update and you will assist with the invoicing process and undertake credit control procedures.
The role would suit an enthusiastic individual who works well as part of a team and is willing to learn and assist in all areas of the property management accounting function. Previous property management related roles and experience of MUS Software would be preferential although not essential.
