This position would suit a passionate individual, who is looking to develop their skills further collecting data and producing reports.
· Excellent attention to detail
· Be able to produce articulate reports and clear presentation of data/ findings
· Excellent Organisational Skills and Time Management
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Advanced level Excel skills (e.g. graphs, charts, pivots, v-lookups)
· Highly IT-literate e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
· Good at building and maintaining relationships, true team player.
The role of the Administration Assistant will be to provide accurate reporting across the customer experience and logistics operations. The position is central to run the operation effectively and provide customer experience insight in tight time scales. You will be reporting to the Head of Operations and work closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, IT, digital and a number of 3rd party suppliers to maintain and deliver reports and insights to the business. This role requires analytical, reporting, presentation and communication skills.
