Recruitment Manager – IT Sector
Our client is seeking a motivated, hands on and professional Recruitment Manager to drive their IT Division forward.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge and proven success in IT Recruitment, new business development acumen and the ability to build rapport with clients of all levels. Team management experience is vital for this role as is a proven track record of commercial success both personally and in managing a small team.
Excellent verbal and written skills are crucial. The successful candidate will also be highly driven and passionate about recruitment as well as being able to provide exemplary customer service. You will be able to lead by example and demonstrate the professional development of the sales team.
