Our client is seeking a friendly, professional and motivated individual with lots of common sense and a good eye for detail. You will be responsible for front of house, meeting and greeting, taking and amending bookings, dealing with cancellations and general administration. Due to the nature of this business, you will have a strong telephone manner and very strong administrative skills along with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
You will have a good level of education and be able to proof read reports. It is essential that you have excellent grammar and punctuation.
Solid administration experience required and if you have any medical admin/reception experience, this would be a distinct advantage.
The business is open during the hours of 8.30am - 6.30pm, Monday - Friday. Our client is flexible on hours to be worked BUT YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. The role warrants an administrator for 30 - 40 hours per week. You can split the additional hours over the rest of the week as required. For example, you would work 30 - 40 hours per week from Tuesday - Saturday.
