Job Title:
Temporary Receptionist/Administrator
£9 - 10PH
Job Background:
Our client is seeking a well spoken and confident individual who has the ability to work in a busy environment. You will have admin experience and be able to deal with post, franking, shipments, filing, emails and more. You will be able to answer the phone system which can be quiet and then suddenly have a number of calls coming in at once. You will also let visitors in to the building in a professional and polite manner and you will be unflappable.

The role will be very varied and you will have a good knowledge of Excel and be happy to work on spreadsheets.

You will be available to start work immediately and on a temporary basis. The role could become permanent for the right person.

This role is from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with half an hour for lunch
