Our client is a fun & lively company with a great team environment, and they seeking a Customer Sales Administrator who is fluent (ideally native) in German, with proven experience of using the language within a business environment. They are currently starting a German business so this is a great chance to get involved at the start of the process. Your duties will include; dealing with incoming calls, emails and chat, with questions and enquiries from customers, ensuring they are dealt with quickly and efficiently; general administration work; keeping company website up to date; specifying products to customers.
You will have; excellent customer service skills; good telephone manner; strong command of the English language, Fluency in German both written and verbal; ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative; computer literacy, especially Word and Excel.
You will need to be quick to learn as you will be required to become very knowledgeable about the company’s products and services.
