Job Background:
Working as part of the business support team, you will provide data quality, sales order and 3rd party processing, supplier and contract management and reports to key stakeholders within the business. This is a varied role requiring a dynamic and self motivated individual willing to be part of a self managing team with a strong belief in continual improvement and a positive work ethic. In return, the role offers an excellent opportunity to increase your experience and knowledge of MS CRM. It will provide exposure to key business stake holders and could provide an exciting opportunity for career progression.

Job function tasks:
Sales order processing
3rd party purchase order processing
MS CRM Administration including asset management
Business report updates
Price book updates
Customer contracts and annual maintenance renewals

Areas of Responsibility:
Provide day to day sales support
Ensure billing details passed to Finance in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure 3rd party purchase orders are dealt with efficiently and accurately
Administering MS CRM user accounts, security groups, customer accounts etc
Maintenance of MS CRM products, the price list and customer licence/subscription assets in a consistent and accurate manner
Ensure the integrity of all data held within MS CRM
Make data and reports available to appropriate stake holders in a timely manner to meet internal and externally set deadlines
Support other members of staff with the use of MS CRM System
New user training

Essential Skills/Qualifications
Experience in a sales admin role
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) along with previous database experience
Experience with MS CRM
Team player with a desire to be involved and a passion to drive things forward
Flexible with the ability to pick up new ideas and learn quickly
Excellent verbal and written communications and the ability to cultivate relationships with and manage the expectations of stake holders across the business
Highly accurate, methodical and thorough approach supported by strong numeracy, literacy, planning and organisational skills
Delivery focused
