Export Sales Coordinator

You will be supporting and liaising with the Managing Director, Sales and Marketing Director and Export Sales Managers for quotations and sales, providing quotations, processing orders and raising sales invoices through Efacs (ERP) computer system, expediting goods through various freight companies and providing appropriate documentation, preparing documents for payment by Bank Collections and Letters of Credit, liaison with customer as necessary on prices, delivery schedules and amendments. You will cover in sales office (Export & UK), filing and various ad hoc duties where necessary and actively support at all times, company policy and best practice in the area of security with particular emphasis on the protection on sensitive customer and company information . You will adhere to all internal processes and procedures for the department and work closely with all internal departments in order to build and retain effective long-term relationships. You will also provide cover for other team members.
The role requires someone who is preferably degree educated with an excellent telephone manner, great communication skills, a can do approach and at least intermediate level computer literacy in the Windows environment and MS Office. It is essential that they have customer service experience and/or previous sales office experience and export experience, preferably to non-EU countries.
The job requires someone who is a real team player as the role involves extensive liaison between internal departments, customers and transporters. Therefore a pleasant and helpful telephone manner is essential in dealing with the occasional fairly demanding and high profile customers.
