Our client is a leading manufacturing company within their industry and they are looking for a Key Account Manager who can develop an excellent relationship with customers and key decision makers. You will manage customer issues efficiently and professionally and liaise effectively with internal production, marketing and admin staff. You will provide monthly sales forecasts and budge input, work closely with customer accounts to maximise sales and report on customer and competitor activity.
You will attend exhibitions and visit customers in the UK and abroad as required. (approx 20 days per year)
Experience in pro active customer facing role with top rate interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communications
Good planning and organisational skills
Numerate, ideally with good spreadsheet skills
Ability to work from Surrey based office.
It would be desirable if you had a degree in Business, Marketing or similar as well as fluency in German or French
