Our client is seeking a confident and motivated Administration Assistant to answer incoming calls, deal with customer service issues, enter data on to the system, book in customer orders, raise delivery nots, arrange deliveries and collections, liaise with other departments to ensure that customer orders and deliveries are met and pack goods for despatch.
You will have a good telephone manner and be familiar with IT, telephone/fax, copier and Microsoft Office. You will have a good general education and have basic mathematics and literacy.
The position calls for an enthusiastic individual who can work in a busy office environment handling multiple tasks. You will have a good telephone manner a lovely personality and a very strong work ethic. The office can be fast moving and it requires an adaptive person. Previous customer service/sales experience would be an advantage.
There will also be a certain amount of lifting and carrying involved in this role.
Hours will be:
Monday - Thursday from 8.30am - 5.00pm
Friday - 8.30am - 3.45pm
