Our client is seeking someone with strong administrative skills and the ability to pick up computer systems and tasks quickly. If you have experience in stock control, this would be a distinct advantage. You will be responsible for answering, transferring and dealing with incoming calls, keeping spreadsheets up to date, payroll on a weekly basis (training will be provided) and general assistance in other areas when required.
You will be numerate with an excellent command of the English language and you will be keen to learn basic accounting tasks (experience not required). You will have an excellent telephone manger and strong admin and computer skills and you will be happy to work within a small office, within a busy and very friendly team.
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm (or 9am – 3pm) and Friday, 9am – 4pm.
