Sales Coordinator/ Administrator
£22-25,000 K P.A
Job Background:
As a Sales Executive you will maintain contact with our customers. In this role, you are the first contact point for the customer, offer your advice on products, actively help them find the relevant product for their client and submit your quote based on this. An important aspect of the role is to follow up on quotes raised to convert to orders. Furthermore, you will be actively following ongoing orders and advising clients when required on the order progress. You will also be responsible for handling any complaints that may arise whilst liaising with the Account Manager. With the cooperation of the Account Manager you are responsible for realizing the established sales budget for the month and year overall.

Candidate profile:
Ideally be educated at a minimum of GCSE level or higher. You are sales orientated and commercially aware. You will be based in the UK but working closely with colleagues in the back office in Holland and the Factory in Poland. The ideal candidate would be fluent in Polish although this is preferred it is not essential. Candidates must be familiar with all MS Office packages, especially Excel and Outlook. An understanding of MS DOS programs is ideal but again not essential. As a candidate you must be customer oriented, result-oriented, driven to succeed, solution orientated and always able to represent the company in a polite and professional manner. Furthermore, for the job it is important that you are able to switch between tasks quickly and that you are flexible, assertive and do not succumb to stress.

Our clients company are characterized by its informal work environment however whilst offering the highest standards of service. This is a Dutch company with offices all over Europe. This role will be based in the UK office working closely with the UK & Ireland Account Manager. The role offers a large amount of independence as the candidate will be a key role in the setup of this UK office and to start with the candidate and the Account Manager will be the only representatives in the UK. As the UK market continues to grow there is scope for personal and professional development in the company also.
Our client will offer a full training package on all internal systems and a wide range of the products available.
