Sales Administrator -
Our client is seeking someone who has excellent organisational skills and an understanding of commercial practice and who possesses strong Sales Admin skills. The ideal candidate will have a sound basic understanding of Mathematics, a good telephone manner as you will be speaking to UK and European Suppliers/Manufacturers and very good computer skills.
The duties will include assisting the Line Manager in Export Sales & Marketing, logging of overseas enquiries, preparing files and faxes and emails, sending out export enquiry sheets, following up with obtaining correct quotations suitable for export quotations, answering queries relating to suppliers and customers, meeting with suppliers at UK works or office base, typing and sending out quotations to customers and working on freight rates by courier/air/sea and possible hazardous charges with the help of the shipping department. Responsibilities will also include scanning, checking goods and making packing lists, assisting with packing of goods when required, entering orders onto the computer and any required admin tasks.
9am - 5.30pm, MOnday - Friday with 1 hour for lunch
