You will have a strong telephone manner and great interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and lively personality. Your role will be to answer all incoming calls, pass on appropriately or take accurate messages. You will collate timesheets and enter onto an Excel spreadsheet so good numeracy is required. You will design window cards and ensure accurate grammar and spellings at all times, assist with filling temporary bookings and send out interview details with relevant job descriptions and website details. You will perform filing tasks and update candidate files checking availability and updating it on to the database. Adhoc administration duties as and when required.
You will be reliable and able happy to work in a small office, ensuring that you are available to be at work during staff holiday times.
