The need is for a proven operation’s professional with a demonstrable record of initiating and driving change in a demanding and competitive sector. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding and vision of what constitutes success in a top quality care organisation.
Job Qualifications:
The Requirements: NMC / RMA qualification
Acquired Brain Injury / Neurorehablitation experience preferred, though not essential
Clear and thorough knowledge of CQC Standards & Care Standards Act
Minimum of 5 years management experience, single unit and multi-site
Strong leadership, mentoring, communication and marketing skills
