Looking for Home Manager
Must have NVQ Level 4 in Registered Managers in Adults (RMA) NOT Health & Social Care
Ideally would like someone with this qualification who is currently managing a home, but would also consider a dep manager who either has the qualification or is in the process of gaining it!
Small Residential home with 19 Residents
Would like someone with the following:
Food Health & Hygiene
Staff Supervision/Training
Administering Medication
Health & Safety Reg
Writing Risk Assessment
Care Planning
Carrying out Appraisals
Knowledge of CQC (Care Quality Commission) Standards
To Start ASAP
Hours - Mon - Fri 40 hours (Previous Manager did 8.00-4.30 with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch - but this could be flex poss 8-5 with an hour for lunch)
