Job Duties:
You will let out properties to the tenants, take them on viewings, liaise with landlords etc and deal with maintenance issues. General administration and assistance where required.
Job Qualifications:
You will have 6 months experience of working as a Lettings Negotiator. You will be smart, well presented and possess excellent interpersonal and sales skills. You will be a car owner/driver and looking for a career in Estate Agency.
Remuneration:
CAR ALLOWANCE - £250 per month
£14000Basic + Tiered Commission
Additional Information:
You will work a 5 day week which will include every Saturday with a day off in the week but you will be flexible to cover a 6 day week if other colleagues are off sick or on holiday. Hours - 8.30am - 7.00pm - Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm - Saturday
