Job Background:
The company are a small open minded, very well motivated and highly skilled, successful team of up to 7 people working in two locations UK and Poland. Their customers range from one-man local based sole traders to multi million top trendy and leading web award winning companies.
Job Duties:
This is an urgent position and ideally you will be available immediately. Your core duties will include setting up customer accounts on search engines (Google, Yahoo!, MSN/Live etc.), Managing webmaster tools and Accounts on statistical packages. Assisting SEO and Development team with creation of the search engine friendly projects. Sitemaps implementations, robots management tools and code, PPC management and report creation for customers. SEO changes to existing layouts. Implementation of all good practice in online marketing techniques. Branding (based on existing graphics) and setting up accounts on Facebook YouTube, MySpace, Blogger and similar. Dreamweaver or hand coding HTML/CSS necessary W3C, Accessibility and SEO (HTML/CSS) implementations to the designed layout. Additional duties to include: Web research and project structuring (after 2 months) search engines friendly server management redirections and website structuring and video editing will create part of the job. Adhoc web and network related tasks with the account management and branding, content creation and similar tasks to fill capacity during quiet times. You will also be dealing with some administration such as taking calls from customers and replying to emails. This position is based in self improvement and constant willingness to search for answers and new solutions. Common sense is a key to success and analytical approach is necessary on all levels.
Job Qualifications:
Knowledge of Client side coding HTML/CSS/JS and an interest in OS are essential Knowledge of the Google web services webmaster tolls, Yahoo! Site explorer, AdWords Interface, Web Analytics packages. Knowledge of the Mash-up concept ad Google/Yahoo! API services, apache server and hosting control panels would be an advantage. You will also be been to use/learn W3C, accessibility techniques, SEO/PPC management and analytics packages.

You must be web passionate with great attention to detail and common sense. Already active online (Own applications/forums/Facebook/MySpace) and be willing to start your career in Web environment focus on Client side (Visual Interface) web development and a Non-Smoker
