Job Duties:
You will provide support to new and existing customers and also coordinate the setting up of new online categories. You will be able to set priorities, achieve targets and be comfortable working to specific and sometimes tight deadlines. You will interview new potential customers (buyer qualification) and request and collate customer feedback. You will set up new categories through online system, progress chase and progress report.
Job Qualifications:
Previous B2B customer support experience, excellent telephone manner, analytical, organised, excellent attention to detail and excellent English written & spoken.
