You will be working in a busy call centre environment, taking high volume calls from customers who are looking to have their cars booked in with approved dealers for service or maintenance.
You will ideally have worked in a car dealership and be mechanically minded. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work from 8.30 am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday with some Saturdays to be worked also.
