Tom Tress

Tom is the Managing Director of the Skillframe Group of Companies. A Chartered Accountant, Tom spent many years as a partner in a City firm of accountants, before moving into recruitment in 1997. He founded Skillframe in 1999.

Tom deals with our senior financial recruitment.

Melanie Palmer

Melanie joined Skillframe shortly after its inception in 1999 after six years learning recruitment with other agencies. She has built powerful relationships with a large number of clients, from multinational to small local business.

Melanie is passionate about her job seeing every job requirement as a personal challenge.
