The main purpose of this position is to offer customer service to all external customers.
Your key responsibilities will be:
To enter Sales Order, Progressing of sales orders, liaising with all internal departments and staff, To compile export documentation for despatching of overseas orders, To co-ordinate customer deliveries/requirements and amendments, To raise credit notes, To maintain the departmental filing system, To provide Reception cover during lunchtimes, holidays and any other period of absence, To protect the customer from receiving defective product.
You will be computer literate and have previous Customer service experience, Knowledge of sales office order entry would be an advantage as would Sales office experience within manufacturing environment. You will also have a good telephone manner. Applicants must be prepared to interact closely with other members of the sales team and be able to communicate at all levels. You will have a flexible approach to workload and assume new responsibilities where appropriate
